Will my order be gift wrapped?

Your purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of calendar products and bulky items.

Can I use a gift card or store credit for an online purchase?

Hermès gift cards and store credit may not be used on the Hermes.com website.
Please consult the conditions listed on your gift card for its terms of use in boutiques.

Can I include a personalised gift message with my purchase?

You may include an accompanying card with your order by choosing the option "add a card" when you reach the delivery step. You may type a message of up to 12 lines or request a blank card that you may personalise yourself.

Will my gift order include an invoice where the price of the articles is not shown?

When you order, simply check the box "include a gift invoice without the price" at the delivery step.  An invoice where the price is not shown will be automatically included in your parcel.  You may directly download a duplicate of the original invoice showing the price from your client account.  
You may inquire with our Customer Service to request that the original invoice be sent to you.

If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?

Only an exchange for a product of an equivalent or superior value is possible (the difference in price must be paid by you or the gift recipient). The gift recipient should contact our Customer Service department by telephone or by email under the "Contact us" section. He/she will then be mailed a pre-paid return label.
